We are going to start doing “Person of the Month” posts where we will post a photo of an interesting person we’ve met or seen during our travels!

This month’s feature is a man we met in Sorrento, Italy along the Amalfi Coast.

He has a unique little shop that sells his handmade paper… but this isn’t your typical note-taking paper, this is chili pepper paper maché!

In addition to this super cool vegetable-growing paper, he sells an assortment of one-of-a-kind paper-mâché creations…
