Hey there!
Thank you so much for checking out our blog. We decided to create Two 4 Travel to document our adventures around the globe. We have been best friends for over sixteen years and have a shared passion for travel that has grown with us from childhood. We love spontaneity and embracing each crazy situation that we find ourselves in. You can find us befriending strangers in hostels, relaxing with our families at resorts, and everything in-between. We are avid photographers, adventure-seekers, and culture lovers! Here on Two 4 Travel we will share our personal experiences ranging from funny stories to destination advice. We hope to entertain you as well as inspire you to get out there and explore this beautiful earth of ours! You can read our goofy bios below and please feel free to reach out to us in a comment, email, or through our Facebook and Twitter. We would love to get to know you and answer any questions you may have :)
Bio of Claire by Laura
My memories with Claire date back to elementary school when our days were spent climbing trees, trading Pokemon cards, and ripping off our neighbors with over-priced lemonade stands. Claire’s first big trip was with her flight attendant mother to Paris when she was five. When Claire was nine she moved from the house across the street from mine to Melbourne, Australia. There she explored the outback, made friends with koalas, went sailing in the Whitsunday’s, and even ended up on the cover of an Australian kids clothing magazine. We kept in touch through very expensive phone calls and then a year later she moved back to the states. One thing that I have realized about Claire is that she is probably the biggest creeper magnet on the face of the earth. Creepers from all over the world are drawn to her. She’s been stalked in Italy and hit by a biker in San Francisco. Just ask her how she got the nickname Skinny. My favorite thing about Claire is that she is always up for anything, no matter how crazy or impossible it may seem. She makes the most of every situation and does it with an amazing attitude. She is truly the perfect travel companion because she is always willing to try new things and meet new people. Also, she’s absolutely hilarious and I know that there will never be a dull moment when she is around!
Bio of Laura by Claire
When I think back to my childhood, memories are filled with adventures alongside Laura. It’s probably because she was the greatest neighbor on earth who taught me how to bungee jump from a tree and flatten pennies on the railroad track. One day it was an extravagant picnic in the woods behind our houses and another was a walk down the street with our bunnies on leashes. I now know why she has such a passion for adventure! She often travels with her family around the country to places like Breckenridge, Tybee Island, Florida, etc. She’s always thinking of new places to visit and researching exciting things to do around the world. Laura has never been short of ideas to cure boredom. She’s definitely my inspiration for living life to it’s fullest! There’s never been a moment where I’ve heard Laura complain. She’s always thinking of new things to do and just looking to have a fun time! Not to mention her incredible sense of humor! I’d say about 95 percent of the time we’re together is spent laughing. We always run into the funniest people and situations, and if you combine that with both of our clumsiness, there’s never a boring moment when we’re together! I couldn’t have asked for a greater best friend… better yet, travel buddy!
